<< review queue entry 76737 - submitted by 'kbaiko' >> Do we need separate entries for song1 and Song1 here? ----------------------------- Editor: The rule has been to separate entries in this way (proper nouns and common nouns in separate entries), although in this case, I don't think it matters much if the mountain name always appears as part of a compound (嵩山). If that's the case, then as long as 嵩山 is capitalized correctly as [Song1 Shan1], then it's not going to cause any problems if both senses of 嵩 are in the same entry. In other words, afaics, "meh" :-) One issue with splitting entries like this is that Zhongwen for Chrome, for example, displays proper nouns before common nouns, which I think is the reverse of how it should be displayed. But that's a problem *Zhongwen* should fix, not us. |
