Ex. - "Recycled content is a big complaining point about Soto, but seems to be ignored with everything else." - "And the vehicle also looks good only complaining point is the tall boy design, which takes away a couple of points from the overall looks and performance." It seems slangy, which would be appropriate for 槽点, but means users may not be familiar with it. And it doesn't seem to be in dictionaries, so they can't look it up. Also, it's not obvious what it means -- it could be misconstrued as being like this: "Our investigations revealed that most restaurants and interstate transport companies in the city did not have a designated complaining point." In addition, I wonder whether 槽点 has more of a connotation of ridicule as opposed to just complaining. |
