Editor: The problem is, it doesn't mean that.

In your example, 地滑 is a verb phrase (N+SV: noun 地 followed by stative verb 滑): "the floor is slippery." It's not a noun phrase: "slippery floor."

Here's a sentence that contains a similar structure: 地很滑 (N+ADV+SV: floor is very slippery):
我們學校的大理石地很滑怎麼處理有效讓它不滑。
