Taiwanese term, braised (in soy sauce) minced pork. E.g.:
肉燥飯 braised pork rice

Pronounced [ròusào], but cross-straits dictionary has an entry with [ròuzào] as mainland pronunciation: https://www.chinese-linguipedia.org/search_inner.html?keywords=%E8%82%89%E7%87%A5 and what i suppose you'd need when typing it with pinyin based systems.
