1) The definition doesn't mention that the 3 R's are incorporated in the Constitution.

2) I don't think one can write, using everyday language for the average user, a brief explanation of what the principles are. Any user who understands jargon like "advanced productive forces" is probably already familiar with the 3 R's. I suggest we leave the details to other sources like Wikipedia.
