<< review queue entry 73874 - submitted by 'encn' >> 中国行政区划过去几十年发生了很大改变，比如撤地区设地级市，撤县设区。“涪陵地区”等词条已经过时了，没必要保留。其实一开始就不该收录副省级以下的行政区词条。 1996年1月，撤涪陵市（县级），设枳城区、李渡区。枳城区辖5街道6镇8乡，区政府驻敦仁街道；李渡区辖12镇6乡，区政府驻李渡镇。[3] 3月，撤涪陵地区，设地级涪陵市，辖枳城区、李渡区、垫江县、丰都县、武隆县，代管南川市。9月，涪陵市划归四川省计划单列市重庆市代管。 1970年后，“专区”逐渐改为“地区”。因为地区的管理机构行政公署只是作为省、自治区政府的派出机关，所以地区并没有地方实际的行政机构设置。 1983年之前，无论内地还是边疆省区，“地区”都是地级行政区主要形式。 1983年2月15日，中共中央、国务院又下发了《关于地市州党政机关机构改革若干问题的通知》，要求“积极试行地、市合并”。[3] 从这一年开始，我们熟悉的地级市概念大规模出现。 截至2022年，地区数量为7个，其中西藏自治区1个、新疆维吾尔自治区5个、黑龙江省1个。[2] ----------------------------------- Editor: > 其实一开始就不该收录副省级以下的行政区词条。 Yes, we know about that. See https://cc-cedict.org/editor/editor.php?log_id=78642&return=ListChanges&handler=ViewLogEntry However, 1) The guy who added most of these entries didn't know so many changes were coming. 2) We have to weigh up the effort involved in identifying and deleting/updating these entries against the value gained by doing so. 3) Many of the entries may be rarely searched by users and therefore relatively harmless. 4) Even if *you* do the work, we still need to check your submissions. For me, dealing with these entries is a matter of relatively low priority, but if you are keen to do the work yourself, we could consider accepting batches which we would check only by random sampling (rather than checking every entry). You could start with a 10-entry batch and get feedback, and if all goes well, increase the batch size or rate of submissions. (Note, however, that over the next 6 weeks (May/June), editing throughput is expected to be reduced.) |
