Comment: "trouble" (in the singular) is not often used in this 煩心事 sense.

Ex: 有什么烦心事 跟我讲讲
One doesn't say "If you have a trouble, ...".
As for "If you have trouble, ..." — that doesn't match the meaning of the Chinese.
Instead, one would say, for example
- "If something's bothering you, ..." or
- "If there's something on your mind, ..."
Diff:
- 煩心事 烦心事 [fan2 xin1 shi4] /trouble; worry/
+ 煩心事 烦心事 [fan2 xin1 shi4] /troubles; worries; sth on one's mind/
