Miles added "even if" based on an anonymous submission.
https://cc-cedict.org/editor/editor.php?queue_id=4041&handler=ViewQueueEntry

"even if" has two meanings:
1. despite the possibility that; no matter whether.
"always try everything even if it turns out to be a dud"
2. despite the fact that.
"he's a good person, even if he has a troubled past"

The second meaning is synonymous with "although".

I think 虽然 means "even if" only in the 2nd sense.
But since "even if" usually has the 1st sense, it is misleading to include it in a definition of 虽然, afaics.

* * *

Basic principle: if you define a Chinese word with an English gloss that matches perfectly and is unambiguous, don't mess things up by adding another gloss that is ambiguous.
Diff:
- 雖然 虽然 [sui1 ran2] /although/even though/even if/
+ 雖然 虽然 [sui1 ran2] /although; even though (often used correlatively with 可是[ke3 shi4] or 但是[dan4 shi4] etc)/
