Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, is not referred to as "Taibei" (the tone-less romanization using HanYu pinyin) anywhere other than describing the pronunciation.

While street names in Taiwan often use HanYu pinyin these days, town and other place names tend not to.

This is a common theme among many Taiwan place name entries, with varying use of romanization. If wanted, I can go through them all, and update entries to only refer to official romanization. As it is now, it's not possible to know which one is the "correct" one, so I'd suggest only list the official one.

Editor: You can submit some more corrections, but start *gradually*:
To start with, submit a batch of no more than 10 entries, read our feedback when the batch gets processed, and then submit some more, keeping the feedback in mind.
If all goes well, we will let you know that you can submit larger batches.
