“ㄅㄧㄤˋ” is biàng. Not sure where “xx5 xx5 xx5 xx5” came from. By the way, there are two entries for “ㄅㄧㄤˋ”.
--------------------------------------

Editor: Our format requires one syllable for each character in the headword. Of course, this works for most words — such as 教育[jiao4 yu4], for example.

ㄅㄧㄤˋ has four characters, but is pronounced as a single syllable, so it doesn't fit the format. We have been working on updating the format, but in the meantime, as a stopgap, we have been using xx5 as a "dummy syllable" for characters like "ㄅ" and "ˋ" that are not pronounced as a syllable.

Yes, there are two entries. One can be found with a headword search for ㄅㄧㄤˋ, but not with a pinyin search for [biang4], while the other can be found with a pinyin search for [biang4] but not with a headword search for ㄅㄧㄤˋ. With the introduction of the new format, it will be possible to have just one entry for this word.
Diff:
# - ㄅㄧㄤˋ ㄅㄧㄤˋ [xx5 xx5 xx5 xx5] /(Tw) (coll.) cool/awesome/pr. [biang4]/(etymologically, a contracted form of 不一樣|不一样[bu4 yi1 yang4])/
# + ㄅㄧㄤˋ ㄅㄧㄤˋ [biang4] /(Tw) (coll.) cool/awesome/(etymologically, a contracted form of 不一樣|不一样[bu4 yi1 yang4])/
