Grand Ricci: "propre; net" [i.e. clean] 2. Hanyu Da Cidian: 洁净 [i.e. clean] The character is apparently used in given names. E.g. 教育部中部辦公室專員黃瀞儀指出，... "Huang Jingyi, a specialist at the MOE’s Central Region Office, states that ..." The Wiktionary contributor who put "pool in a river" in the Chinese section of the Wiktionary entry for 瀞 is a user called "Bumm13", who writes in their user page: "My main interest here is dealing with CJKV entries [...] although I'm not fluent or native in any of the East Asian languages that use these characters." Their user page says they know English (native), Spanish (intermediate) and Japanese (basic).
