I don't think 拱度 can be an adjective (arched).
Nor would it be a "surface".

Most G results are for 預拱度 (precamber*) or 起拱度.

It's not only roads -- it can be a beam or a bridge.

This def says it's a convexity, arch shape, or curvature -- not a "surface".

* precamber (預拱度) is where you put an arch in a beam that is going to support weight, before the weight is loaded onto it -- so that the deflection caused by the load is reduced.
