Unfortunately, "ministry" has numerous senses, so it's an ambiguous definition. GR defines it as "(Christ.) ministère de la prédication" which I understand as "(in Christianity) a preaching ministry". In other words, a job as a preacher. Ex: 宗徒们立了主教们作为继承者，并把自己的训导职务交给他们 『184.主教们如何实践他们的训导职务？』 主教们在与教宗共融下，有责忠实地及有权威地向万民宣讲福音，作宗徒信仰的真实见证，并获享基督的权威。 ---- In the following examples, the context is education, not Christianity, but it's still the case that 训导职务 is a kind of *job*, not "teachings".
