Some of the comments made at the time (2015): 1) There is no visible rule about that. GT is maybe not the best authority. Simplified dicts usually collect 傢 , maybe referring it to 傢伙. If in 傢伙, why not in 家具？ Of course it's unimportant, 傢 could just as well have been declared a deprecated variant. When you write you don't usually use 傢具, that's smth you see on signs (signs do tend to add superfluous radicals) 2) “傢俱”与“家具”、“ 傢俬”与“家私” -- 以上写法哪个对？ [...] 小结： “家具”——正确； “傢具”——正确但不规范（“傢”为异体字）； “傢俱”——不正确。 3) 傢 does appear on 简化字总表. |
