Comment: "emergency call" here refers to a doctor's house call.
But it's an ambiguous term -- it often refers to a phone call made to emergency services (ambulance, police etc).
So I've rewritten the definition.

The definition for 掛急診 is based on NC and NA.

TP ~ 因腹部疼痛入院掛急診,入院將近兩小時才見到醫生,
"she checked into the emergency department of a hospital with abdominal pains. She was there for over two hours before she was seen by a doctor, ..."
Diff:
- 急診 急诊 [ji2 zhen3] /emergency call/emergency (medical) treatment/to give or receive emergency treatment/
+ 急診 急诊 [ji2 zhen3] /to give or receive urgent medical treatment/emergency treatment (at a hospital emergency department, or from a doctor on a house call)/
+ 掛急診 挂急诊 [gua4 ji2 zhen3] /to register as an emergency case at a hospital/
