That's barely comprehensible.

2) /to round up to the nearest integer/
a) It's about decimals as well as integers.
b) It's not "round up"; it's "round up or down, as appropriate".

3) Example (this illustrates points a and b above)
"The number 1.64 can be rounded to 1.6 or to 2."
1.64 這個數字可四捨五入成 1.6 或 2.
Diff:
- 四捨五入 四舍五入 [si4 she3 wu3 ru4] /to round up to the nearest integer/to discard four, but treat five as whole (of decimal points)/
+ 四捨五入 四舍五入 [si4 she3 wu3 ru4] /(math.) to round up or down/to round off/
