Baike ~ 涉众是与要建设的业务系统相关的一切人和事。 (一切 suggests that it's the entire group of people and entities) Web ~ 涉众从字面意思来看意味着“涉及到的多个个体” (This also suggests it's plural -- *all* the stakeholders.) However, I also found usage that shows that it can be used to refer to a single stakeholder. e.g. 每一个涉众和用户都可以向业务分析员告诉他们关于系统的要求 "stakeholder" is therefore correct, but I decided to add "the stakeholders" even though it's not strictly necessary. |
