"Top up" seemed to be the best translation I could find after a Google search: https://youdecideself.com/top-up-and-charge-english-for-mobile/ Two examples from the website: Please top up the Easycard. 請加值悠遊卡。 I need to top up my mobile/ calling card. 我需要儲值手機/ 預付卡。 One company that has stored-value cards here in Taiwan translates it the same: https://www.i-pass.com.tw/en/Page/CashTopupEn ------------------------------------ Editor: I think it's "put money into" rather than "top up" or "recharge" since "top up" implies there was some money there previously, which may not be the case with 储值. e.g. 简单点说，就是不需要预先储值，可以先消费后还款，更便利！ Of course, most of the time, 'putting money in' is probably a case of 'topping up' (加值). So "top up" is probably a good way of *translating* 储值 in most cases even if it's not completely accurate as a *definition*. |
