Based on what Mao wrote, I don't think that's correct; it's just generic eastern parts & western parts. Mao as quoted in HDC: 中国 是一个大国－－‘东方不亮西方亮, 黑了南方有北方’, 不愁没有回旋的余地。 K uses lower case in its definition ("east" and "west"). |
