Editor: I think there's enough evidence to label it (Tw).
That label doesn't imply that the term is only used in Taiwan, I would say – just that it's more of a Taiwan term than a mainland term.

Based on TP instances, it's a neologism that originated around 2009.

Just for reference, here's a definition of "aesthetic medicine" from 2011:
"Aesthetic medicine is an emerging branch of medicine that relies on procedures and techniques to improve and enhance the appearance, texture, and contours of the skin, face, and body. Although some degree of overlap exists between aesthetic medicine and aesthetic surgery, for the most part, aesthetic medicine employs techniques and technologies that are either noninvasive or minimally invasive and performed without general anesthesia."
Diff:
# 醫美 医美 [yi1 mei3] /aesthetic medicine/
+ 醫美 医美 [yi1 mei3] /aesthetic medicine (Tw)/
