/optimistic (about the outcome)/bullish/
It can take an object so it's better expressed as a transitive verb.
e.g. LA ~ 看好水產養殖

/to think highly of/to support/
I don't think either of these is correct.
You may think highly of someone, but that doesn't necessarily mean you think they will be successful.
LA's def is 估計將出現好的趨勢, and that doesn't mean "support".
