"hidden" - true, but it's not a very good definition, and also, it's better to define 秘藏 as a verb.

"to keep secret" - That's too general. 秘藏 doesn't apply to keeping intangible things secret (embarrassing facts, military plans, etc.)
It means to *store* (sth physical) in a hiding place.

ABC has the verb just right, I would say ("stash away").
As for the noun sense, see LA & GF.
Diff:
- 祕藏 秘藏 [mi4 cang2] /hidden/a hidden treasure (often a Buddhist relic)/to keep secret/
+ 祕藏 秘藏 [mi4 cang2] /to stash away/a hoard/a cache/
