Lots of other suggested terms are really metalworking keyway cutters for slot-cutting keyways into shafts. Apparently, can be called 墙板锯 as well apparently (i.e. drywall/plasterboard saw, which is another English term). Not sure how many of the Chinese or English options are wanted.
