汉奸 is not a proper noun, so it shouldn't begin with a capital letter.
Its py is lowercase in K, NC, PLC and GF.
A noun may, like this one, have *components* that can be regarded as "proper" (in this case, 漢) without the whole word being a proper noun.
An example in English is "francophone".
