If an event is still on my mind, then naturally it's still on my memory, this isn't a different sense. Chinese dictionaries also make no note of this sense. * I have found no evidence that 心目 has the separate sense "mood; frame of mind". This is also not found in Chinese dictionaries. * “mind's eye” is character-level literal translation, but the English expression doesn't mean the same.
