Regarding ABC's "shoulder-blade", the Wikipedia article makes it clear that it's not just the scapula. It's the entire shoulder, which is made up of three bones – clavicle, scapula and humerus – and the associated tissues.

Actually, ABC added "shoulder" to their definition in 2016 (although they retained "shoulder-bone", which seems to be incorrect.)
