"transfer goods" sounds like physically shifting something from one place to another. But 轉讓 is always, or almost always, about *intangible* things like technologies, ownership, licences etc.-- again, see the TP examples below. 3) "conveyancing" is "the action of preparing documents for the conveyance of property". 轉讓 just means "to transfer (sth intangible)". I see no examples, and no dictionary definitions, that suggest that 轉讓 means *preparation of documents* for the transfer of a property. 4) TP examples 原來這些業務員是賣大哥大門號的，「有客戶申請到門號又不用了，一支二萬多轉讓，可以立即享用哦！」 It turns out that these are salespeople selling mobile phone numbers privately.
