在家腌咸鸭蛋时,很多人喜欢简单地清洗一下鸭蛋,然后就放入咸盐进行腌制,但是只放盐干腌是大错特错,加上这样的2步骤,鸭蛋会直流油。

鸭子、鹅,都比较腥,而且鸭蛋、鹅蛋最腥,只能腌咸蛋吃。
