1) 秋毫 - "the small thing" doesn't convey the meaning well.

2) 明察秋毫 doesn't seem to mean "distinguish right and wrong with acuity" or "omniscient"

3) 秋毫无犯 doesn't seem to mean "wouldn't hurt a fly". That implies the soldiers are totally harmless!
