But I'm not so sure about your suggestions either. In the online video examples I have seen, no force was used to occupy the seat. It was just that the person refused to vacate the seat when confronted. Nor did I see an example where the seat was "seized". It seemed that the person had simply sat down in a seat that they were not entitled to. |
