I think 'scientific' should be put into parenthesis.

1、
Newton's law of universal gravitation
From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newton%27s_law_of_universal_gravitation

Law of large numbers
From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_large_numbers

From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snell%27s_law

Editor:
It wouldn't be *wrong* to do it that way, but I prefer the way it is now.

When I read "scientific law" I understand instantly what is meant.
When I read "(scientific) law", I am a bit confused, wondering why the brackets are there.

Wikipedia has an article titled 定律
https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%AE%9A%E5%BE%8B

It is matched with the English article titled "Scientific law". It's *not* titled "(Scientific) law".
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_law

* * * * *

Actually, the definition does need some work, because a 定律 is not necessarily a *scientific* law
These are rules or patterns observed in human affairs rather than laws of physics, chemistry and so on.
But I'll put that in a separate submission.
Diff:
