The definition you see on Z etc is 抬高价格,不肯贱价出售 I think A's definition ("demand a high price") matches the intent of that definition pretty well. It's a pretty rare word if you go by GV hits -- only about 3k -- but I found this example: 扳价不卖,一直等到洋人出高价钱收购,从而胡雪岩获得了巨大的利润。 |
