I don't think the evidence for "tuck box" was sufficient to include that gloss:
"tuck box is from N [nciku.com], I don't know the word and unsure it is that." (Yves, 2012)

"tuck box" is British English and it means "a box used for carrying and storing food, esp one taken to boarding school" [Collins] or "a box of delicacies from home (British)" [M-W]. It seems unlikely that the character 盆 would appear in a Chinese word for "tuck box", because, unlike a 盆, a tuck box would generally be box-shaped (square) and have a lid, like this:
