品与相都是琵琶上的音位装置,每个品的位置都须排粘的音很准。每个品与品之间,从上到下,由宽至狭排列非常均匀。尤其应看一下第十八品位的上端与弦身之间的距离宜在O.4至O.5公分;如距离超过O.6公分以上,在下把按音时会感到很累。为此,对弦身与第十八品上端之间的距离超过O.6公分的品,是属于制作上的弊病,应宜重新换做。

In these two examples, 相 means "fret on the neck (of a pipa)" and 品 means "fret on the soundboard (of a pipa)". That's corroborated by the following references:
