Comment: << review queue entry 6044 - submitted by 'chad' >>
(minor update to previously submitted entry -- added "controller" based on general usage in translations; e.g., "World Bank Controller" in http://empacc.snai.edu/content.asp?id=948 )

definitions are from jukuu.com. 主计官 is the real collocation in the article [http://news.xinhuanet.com/fortune/2008-10/26/content_10252569.htm]. Wenlin's ABC dict has it as "treasurer (Han dynasty)", but it obviously has modern usage as well
Diff:
+ 主計 主计 [zhu3 ji4] /chief accounting officer/controller/comptroller/paymaster/treasurer (Han dynasty)/
+ 財賦 财赋 [cai2 fu4] /government revenue/tributary goods and finances/finances and taxes/wealth/property/belongings/
+ 主計室 主计室 [zhu3 ji4 shi4] /auditing department/accounting department/comptroller office/
+ 臣民 臣民 [chen2 min2] /subjects of a kingdom/subjects of a feudal ruler/
+ 臣一主二 臣一主二 [chen2 yi1 zhu3 er4] /One has the right to choose the ruler one serves. (古谚 ancient proverb)/
+ 古諺 古谚 [gu3 yan4] /ancient proverbs/quotations of ancient origin/
