Can I suggest using the verb "eat in", as dingsi suggested? Because it's exactly the expression you'd use in English in that situation. Also, because it would then be unnecessary to add "as opposed to take out".
Diff:
- 內用 内用 [nei4 yong4] /to eat in a restaurant (as opposed to take out) (Tw)/to take the medicine orally/
+ 內用 内用 [nei4 yong4] /to eat in (at a restaurant) (Tw)/to take the medicine orally/
