溫體肉的存在,最能說明台灣民眾對畜產品的認知不足。目前國產豬肉7成都銷往傳統市場的溫體豬肉攤,土雞則僅有8%~22%來自合法登記的屠宰場,因為國人迷信「溫體=新鮮=好吃」,殊不知這些肉品從凌晨經過屠宰後,若沒有經過冷藏或冷凍,直接曝露在外,一路販賣到隔天中午,既不安全衛生,也無藥物檢測報告,讓前端的層層把關成果付諸流水。
