useful to add this?

"excuse me" can be used in various contexts, but in this case it's used specifically when asking sb to move so that one may pass

P.S.: has anyone heard this word used outside of Taiwan?
K says Tw usage; also, in monolingual dicts only LA seems to include it
here they also list it as a Tw vocab: https://www.douban.com/group/topic/8662694/

Editor: per discussion; Rich's wording
Diff:
- 借過 借过 [jie4 guo4] /excuse me/
# + 借過 借过 [jie4 guo4] /excuse me (when asking sb to move so that one can pass) (Tw)/
+ 借過 借过 [jie4 guo4] /excuse me (i.e. let me through, please)/
