The 2nd pinyin tone should be tone 3 not tone 5. [na4 li3]

Source the Coursera instructor Peking University HSK1 instructor and my wife who is native Chinese and is very good at tones.

Also as a triple check it says so at Google Translate:
https://translate.google.com/#auto/en/%E9%82%A3%E9%87%8C

You can see the pinyin under the translation window.

"should be tone 3"
Tone 5 is quite common.

"triple check"
Keep looking. You'll find tone 5 in other sources (more trustworthy ones than Google Translate).

Words listed in the dictionary as having tone 5 can be assumed to be sometimes pronounced with the underlying tone (in this case, tone 3), depending on the context.

For example, 那里 is more likely to be tone 3 if it's spoken
- slowly for a beginner, or
- as an isolated word (rather than in a sentence), or
- by a Taiwanese speaker
Diff:
- 那裏 那里 [na4 li5] /there/that place/also written 那裡|那里/
+ 那裏 那里 [na4 li3] /there/that place/also written 那裡|那里/
