Wp ~ " the majority of [foraminifera] live on or within the seafloor sediment (i.e., are benthic) while a smaller variety are floaters in the water column at various depths (i.e., are planktonic)."

In other words,
1) "seabed (life form)" and "plankton" seem to be mutually exclusive terms.
2) foraminifera is not "a form of plankton" since some of them are benthic, not planktonic.
