According to Wikipedia, it can also mean Bister, a Swiss municipality of 33 people, but I'm not sure if that's maybe a bit small to be included?

On the other hand, it does _not_ appear to generally translate to Brest (France) which seems to be 布雷斯特.

Editor: we tend not to include too many place names in the dictionary - only those really well-known ones (e.g. capitals or famous place names). On that note I don't think we really need an entry for Bicester.
Diff:
- 比斯特 比斯特 [Bi3 si1 te4] /Brest (the most western French town)/
# + 比斯特 比斯特 [Bi3 si1 te4] /Bicester (town in England)/
