Wholemeal is the UK way to say it (not sure if that should be included in the English definition?)

Editor:
- We do generally stick to US spelling and terminology, especially when it's understood outside the US.
- 全麦 can, like "whole wheat", refer to the unmilled grain (e.g. 全麦面粉是用全麦磨制而成的), whereas "wholemeal" can only refer to the milled product (flour)
