At the least, this needs a comma after "cool".
"cool elegant and magnificent" could be used by a tech company to describe their latest smartphone.

LA has it with a different trad: 冷豔
1. 形容花豔麗而耐寒。例 「冬梅冷豔,傲立雪中」。
2. 形容女子容貌美豔,但態度冷峻。例 「她外表冷豔,但內心溫柔」。
