1. /mouthfull/ was tempting, but it's "the mouth full"

2. /perfect accent/: that's not the word means (though I see quite well what kind of sentence can lead to this)
the wording is difficult however.
Diff:
- 滿嘴 满嘴 [man3 zui3] /a mouthful/
+ 滿嘴 满嘴 [man3 zui3] /a full mouth of (sth physical)/to have the mouth exclusively filled with (a certain language, lies, promises, etc)/
 
- 滿口 满口 [man3 kou3] /a mouthful/(of speech) pure: perfect accent/substance of speech all of a kind (e.g. all lies)/unreservedly (accept, agree, promise etc)/
+ 滿口 满口 [man3 kou3] /a full mouth of (sth physical)/to have the mouth exclusively filled with (a certain language, lies, promises, etc)/(to agree etc) unreservedly/
