However, Z makes it sound like "dugout" might be ok ~ 在山坡上挖掘的或在覆盖着草皮的地下挖掘的避难所或简单的住处 3) "burrow" (which can be traced back to ACE) is generally sth dug by an animal such as a rabbit, which doesn't fit with LA's def (below).
