This was rejected in favor of "arrogant", and the (Tw) tag was also rejected on the basis of G hits -- "not sp. Taiwan -- its 简体 Google score is 5 x its 繁体 score". [But does it mean "arrogant" in all those 简体 hits?] The TP examples below perhaps show that "arrogant" could be improved on.
