利市 lìshì [ adj,n ]
◊ profits ◊ harbinger of profitable business ◊ lucky, auspicious

I think today this would be considered a Cantonese word, but Z has Song and Ming examples for the last sense
Diff:
- 利市 利市 [li4 shi4] /"lai see" (lucky money)/
+ 利市 利市 [li4 shi4] /business profit/auspicious/lucky/small sum of money offered on festive days/
# which probably means that the following are not right, see processed queue
# 利事 利事 [li4 shi4] /lucky item (poster, envelope etc) made from red paper, used especially at Chinese New Year, also written 利是[li4 shi4]/
# 利是 利是 [li4 shi4] /lucky item (poster, envelope etc) made from red paper, used especially at Chinese New Year, also written 利事[li4 shi4]/
