Here's an article where "law enforcer" does indeed appear to refer to the police: http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/opinion/2015-12/16/content_22723034.htm J and iCIBA suggest it could mean "judicial officer" (which seems to match well with 司法 + 人员) One definition says a judicial officer is "Any officer of the court; specifically, a justice for the peace, magistrate, or judge." That's not what I would call a "law enforcer". |
