A reception room, is "a room in a hotel or other building used for functions such as parties and meetings", according to one dict.
MW says "a room for the formal reception of visitors (as in a place of business or an institution)".
I think neither of these matches the meaning of 传达室.

I think we should choose from among the following:
gatehouse
gatekeeper's room (K)
janitor's office (NC, J)
reception office (NC, J)
doorman's room (NC)

Also, I found this

公寓入口有专业 传达室concierge service,一周七天早七点到晚七点专门为户主服务和收发包裹 ,非常贴心方便,再不用担心不在家包裹无法收到。

Editor: "gatehouse" sounds different.
I would have said simply "reception" (as in French), but that's ambiguous
