Z and K have for only sense of 踮腳: to favor a lame leg.?

most examples in J are for 踮腳尖, although not in Z, K, LA, M

Editor: "favor a leg" quite possible dialectally, no real examples though.
Also "walk on tiptoe", however "walk" has to be added
Diff:
- 踮腳 踮脚 [dian3 jiao3] /to stand on tiptoe/
# + 踮腳 踮脚 [dian3 jiao3] /to stand on tiptoe/?

+ 踮腳尖 踮脚尖 [dian3 jiao3 jian1] /to stand on tiptoe/
